I wrote this song about my father and how he simply ignored my sisters and I our entire life. Many broken promises and decades later the last time I saw him, he still left and wasn't there for us when he said he would be there. Too many fathers are like this. That's why I thought it was important to make this song. I hope it helps people with knowing they're not alone.
